2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Backlog Whisper website (backlogwhisper.com) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms apply to this marketing website only. Separate terms govern use of the Backlog Whisper Jira application, which is subject to Atlassian's Marketplace terms and the End User Licence Agreement provided at installation.
3. About the product described here
Backlog Whisper is a Jira app that reviews user stories with AI and flags quality issues: missing acceptance criteria, security concerns, compliance obligations, technical debt and similar patterns. Descriptions on this site are provided for information and are not a contractual specification; features, categories and pricing may change before and after launch.
Backlog Whisper is an AI-based aid, not a guarantee. It is not a deterministic rule-based checker. It reasons over the text you give it and will sometimes miss real risks and sometimes raise false positives or plainly wrong suggestions. It does not read your source code, so it cannot find code-level or architectural vulnerabilities, and it cannot guarantee timely or complete warnings about end-of-life software. Always verify its output before relying on it. You remain responsible for your own software and compliance decisions.
4. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the site in bulk without prior written permission.
- Submit an email address that is not your own to the waitlist or newsletter.
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, the Backlog Whisper logo and product descriptions, is the property of Backlog Whisper or its licensors and is protected by Danish and international copyright law.
